Easy to scan and add documents. 2. Share over a network of computers. No idea about 2.0, but I will say this, that the developers are amazingly responsive if their is something you need email them. I ended up getting Devonthink Pro and Devonagent. Now I'm wonder if I should have gotten the Pro Office... Oh well, I suppose I can always upgrade if I find the need.
